Submitting an inquiry or contact form does not guarantee availability or create a binding agreement. A signed contract and paid retainer are required to officially reserve a date.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings require a signed agreement and a non‑refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract. Prices, packages, and inclusions are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until a contract is signed.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your individual photography contract and will supersede anything stated on this website.
Retainers are non‑refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
All images, photographs, text, branding, logos, graphics, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Bridget Therese Photography and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No content from this website may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent from Bridget Therese Photography.
5. Client Use of Images
Image usage rights for clients are defined in the signed photography contract. Clients may not edit, alter, apply filters to, or crop images in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work unless explicitly permitted in writing.
Commercial use of images without written permission is strictly prohibited.
